Bread pakoda

  Bread pakoda 1. Bread 2. Onion 3. Cabbage 4. Corn flour 5. All purpose flour 6. Tomato sauce 7. Pepper powder 8. Chilli powder 9. Salt 10. Mixed herbs 11. Oil Direction 1. Soak 5 to 6 bread pieces in water, squeeze the water completely and keep it in a bowl. 2. Add 1 chopped onion, a small cup of chopped cabbage, required salt,chilli powder, pepper powder, 2tsp of all purpose flour, 2tsp of corn flour, 1/4tsp of mixed herbs and 1tsp of tomato sauce to the soaked bread. 3. Mix all the ingredients together. 4. In a pan add oil. When oil gets heated add the pakoda mixture and fry it till golden brown. 5. Now bread pakodas are ready to taste.

Potato fry

 Potato Fry Ingredients 1.  Boiled potatoes 2. Chilli powder 3. Turmeric powder 4. Salt 5. Asafoetida/ Hing 6. Curry leaves 7. Oil Directions 1. In a cooking pan, add 2 to 3 spoons of oil. 2. When oil heats up, add diced boiled potatoes to it. 3. After 5min, add required salt and masalas to the potato with some hing. 4. When potato gets roasted, finally add curry leaves and saute it.  5. Transfer the potato fry to the serving bowl. Now our roasted potato fry is ready.

Rava kesari

                            Rava kesari Rava kesari is a quick South Indian dessert made of rava(semolina), sugar, ghee and nuts. The main fact for this dessert lies in the ratio of sugar, water and ghee.  Ingredients 1. Rava (1cup) 2. Sugar (1cup) 3. Cashews 4. Ghee/ oil 5. Kesari color/ saffron 6. Cardamom Directions 1. In a pan add 2 spoons of ghee. Dry roast the rava and transfer it to a plate. 2. In the same pan add 3 cups of water.  3. Add some ghee or oil to the water so that the rava geta smooth and soft without sticky. 4. Add a pinch of kesari color or saffron and cardamom. Here i have also added pineapple essence. 5. Now when the water starts boiling add roasted rava and mix well. 6. When rava absorbs the water, add required amount of sugar and mix well. 7. Now our kesari will leave some water, but soon it will come to the correct texture. 8. Finally add roasted cashews and ghee to the kesari. 9. Rava kesari is ready to serve.

Banana cake

                          Banana cake Ingredients 1. Ripe banana (2) 2. All purpose flour (1/2 cup) 3. Sugar (3/4th cup) 4. Egg (1) 5. Vanilla extract 6. Baking powder (1 tsp) 7. Baking soda (1/4 tsp) 8. Salt (1/4 tsp) 9. Cinnamon powder (1/4 tsp) 10. Nuts / chocolate chips 11. Oil (1 cup) Direction 1. In a mixing bowl add bananas and mash it well. 2. Now add oil, sugar and egg. And whisk well. 3. When banana turns mushy add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, all purpose flour and nuts and mix altogether to make batter. 4. In a baking tin add butter/oil to grease. Now dust it well with flour. 5. Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180'c. 6. Now keep the cake batter in the oven for 35-40 min at 180'c. 7. Our spongy banana cake is ready to serve

EGG MACARONI

  INGREDIENTS 1.  Macaroni 2. Eggs 3. Onion 4. Carrot 5. Beans 6. Potatoes 7. chilli powder 8. Garam masal 9. Salt 10. Tomato sauce PROCEDURE 1. In a pan add water and boil macaroni with a tsp of oil and salt. when the macaroni are boiled strain it without water. 2. Cut potatoes into small pieces and fry it in a pan. 3. Add required chilli powder, garam masal, salt and saute well. 4. After frying potatoes, keep it aside and fry the eggs with salt and pepper. 5. Now in a pan, add oil and add onion. 6. When the onion turns golden brown add required vegetables and saute well. 7. Now add boiled macaroni, potato fry, egg fry, required salt and saute well. 8. Finally add some tomato sauce to the macaroni. 9. Now our egg macaroni is ready to serve.
