Banana cake
Ingredients
1. Ripe banana (2)
2. All purpose flour (1/2 cup)
3. Sugar (3/4th cup)
4. Egg (1)
5. Vanilla extract
6. Baking powder (1 tsp)
7. Baking soda (1/4 tsp)
8. Salt (1/4 tsp)
9. Cinnamon powder (1/4 tsp)
10. Nuts / chocolate chips
11. Oil (1 cup)
Direction
1. In a mixing bowl add bananas and mash it well.
2. Now add oil, sugar and egg. And whisk well.
3. When banana turns mushy add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, all purpose flour and nuts and mix altogether to make batter.
4. In a baking tin add butter/oil to grease. Now dust it well with flour.
5. Preheat the oven for 10 min at 180'c.
6. Now keep the cake batter in the oven for 35-40 min at 180'c.
7. Our spongy banana cake is ready to serve
