 Potato Fry


Ingredients

1.  Boiled potatoes

2. Chilli powder

3. Turmeric powder

4. Salt

5. Asafoetida/ Hing

6. Curry leaves

7. Oil

Directions

1. In a cooking pan, add 2 to 3 spoons of oil.

2. When oil heats up, add diced boiled potatoes to it.

3. After 5min, add required salt and masalas to the potato with some hing.

4. When potato gets roasted, finally add curry leaves and saute it. 

5. Transfer the potato fry to the serving bowl. Now our roasted potato fry is ready.
