COLD COFFEE
COLD COFFEE IS AN ICED COFFEE. IT IS A COLD BEVERAGE FOR SUMMER AND VERY SIMPLE TO PREPARE IN JUST 5 MINUTES. HERE IS THE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE TO PREPARE THIS BEVERAGE.
INGREDIENTS
1. MILK ( 1 CUP)
2. SUGAR ( 3 TBSP)
3. INSTANT COFFEE POWDER
4. ICE CUBES
5. COCOA POWDER/ CHOCOLATE POWDER ( NOT COMPULSORY)
6. CHOCOLATE SYRUP ( FOR DECORATION)
7. CHOCOLATE CHIPS ( FOR DECORATION)
DIRECTIONS
1. IN A SMALL BOWL TAKE 2 TBSP OF COFFEE POWDER AND ADD SOME LUKE WARM WATER TO PREPARE DECOTION.
2. TAKE A MIXER JAR, ADD MILK (COLD/ ROOM TEMP), COFFEE DECOTION, SUGAR, ICE CUBES AND COCOA POWDER AND BLEND WELL.
3. TAKE A SERVING CUP ADD SOME CHOCOLATE SYRUP FOR DECORATION. POUR THE COFFEE SHAKE IN THE GLASS AND FINALLY ADD SOME COCOA POWDER AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS FOR DECORATION. IF NEEDED ADD A SCOOP OF ICECREAM OR WHIPPED CREAM AND SERVE CHILL.
