INSTANT PANIYARAM
Paniyaram is one of the daily breakfast from South Indian Cuisine. This Instant Paniyaram using rava as main ingredient is very easy and quick recipe and gets ready within 15 to 20 min. You can also use idli batter for instant recipe whereas using rava tastes spongy inside and crispy outside.
INGREDIENTS
1. RAVA ( 1 CUP)
2. CURD ( 3/4 CUP)
3. SALT (1/2 TBSN)
4.BAKING SODA (1/4 TSN)
5. ONION
6. GARLIC
7. CURRY LEAVES
8. CORIANDER LEAVES
9. MUSTARD SEEDS
10. CASHEWS
11. OIL
12. WATER ( AS REQUIRED)
DIRECTIONS
1. TAKE A MIXING BOWL, ADD RAVA, CURD, SALT, WATER. MIX WELL AND KEEP ASIDE.
2. IN A PAN, HEAT OIL AND WHEN THE MUSTARD SEED POPS ADD CURRY LEAVES, ONION, GARLIC, CASHEWS AND SAUTE IT WELL.
3. NOW ADD THE SAUTEED ONIONS AND CORIANDER LEAVES TO THE MIXING BOWL. ADD SOME WATER IF REQUIRED.
4. REST THIS BATTER FOR 20 MIN.
5. AFTER 20 MIN ADD SOME BAKING SODA IN THE BATTER.
6. HEAT OIL IN THE PANIYARAM PAN AND POUR THE BATTER INTO THE PAN.
7. COVER IT WITH LID FOR 3 TO 4 MIN THEN TURN AND COOK THE OTHER SIDE.
8. NOW PANIYARAM IS READY AND IT TASTES GOOD WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY OR TOMATO CHUTNEY.
